US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We provide FREE US shipping on all orders, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.  

Free shipping offer applies to Economy Ground shipping only.

Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday (except holidays), within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed from Friday-Sunday will ship the following week.

Economy Ground Shipping Time: 5-7 business days.
Please note: Accessories will take 1-2 weeks to arrive. 

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Cancellation

Once a tracking number is generated, a 10% cancellation processing fee will be applied in addition to the order total.

Upon successful cancellation, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Delivery Address Change

We will make every effort to assist with changing your delivery address before your order is dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate for address modifications.

Please note, any additional shipping costs resulting from an address change may be the customer's responsibility.


Track Your Orders

Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. 


Inspection and Sign

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.


Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

If you want to avoid logistcs troubles, you can purchase shipping insurance. For detail, please refer to the shipping protection policy.

CATLINK currently does not provide international shipping.
