Feeder One and Feeder Fresh 2 cannot accept wet food. Any dry or semi-moist cat or dog kibble will do. RFID Feeder can accept wet food.
Could I clean the Feeder?
Disposable parts can be washed. Allow Feeder to completely dry before reassembling. Wipe down non-removable parts that come into contact with pet food. The Feeder base should not be submerged in water. We recommend cleaning Feeder before the first use, and then at least once a month after that. When the hopper and feeding bowl are empty, it is the best time to clean.
