Amazing customer service

I recently had an issue with my scooper se not connecting to the internet. Apparently the electronics were screwed up. After a few back and forth emails and pictures of the panel, they sent me a whole new unit! So easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this company! My cats are so happy to have their clean litter box again! Thanks CATLINK!!!!😻😻

Love that I don't have to scoop any more. Just take out old bag and throw away, put in new bag and you are good to go. When our son came to visit, he noticed right away that there was no cat box smell. Ordered two more as we have seven cats. Best investment ever!
